How your details are handled.

Short version: if you fill in the enquiry form, what you write comes to Kieran so he can reply about your job. It isn't sold, shared or added to any marketing list.

What gets collected

Only what you type into the form:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
What you've said needs doing

There are no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels on this site. Nothing is recorded about your visit.

What it's used for

Getting back to you about your enquiry, arranging a look at the job, and sending you a price. That's it. You won't get newsletters or follow-up marketing.

How long it's kept

Enquiries are kept while they're live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch about the same job. Ask and it will be deleted.

Who else sees it

Kieran, and the email provider that carries the message. Nobody else. Your details are never passed to other trades or third parties.

Getting it removed

Email mastercraftpnr@outlook.com or ring 07597 565 496 and ask, and it'll be deleted.

Note for Kieran: this page describes how the site is set up today. If you add analytics, an enquiry-handling service or anything that stores enquiries beyond email, this wording needs updating — and it's worth having someone who knows UK GDPR check it before you rely on it.
